Which of these is actually an iPhone app

Worth checking before you pick one, because it is not obvious from their marketing. Several of the most popular replacements are websites you save to your home screen, and two of them exist only inside a tax product you have to buy.

A website added to your home screen is not the same as an App Store app: it generally needs a connection to work, and your records live on that company's servers rather than on your phone. Deductible Duck's own install guide is the clearest example, and it is quoted and linked on their comparison page.

How these comparisons are written

  • No claim that a competitor lacks a feature without checking their own pages first, on a date we print under the table.
  • Where a plain no would misrepresent them, the cell says what the product actually does instead, including when the answer is “yes, on a paid tier”.
  • Every page names something the other option does better. On the ItsDeductible page that is a licensed data feed we cannot buy, which is why our values may read more conservative than the ones you remember.
  • DeductiBee is not on the App Store yet. The first row of every table says so, and nothing on these pages is a shipping claim.

What is the best replacement for ItsDeductible?
It depends on what you actually want back. If you want the same valuation approach in a browser on any device, Deductible Duck is closest, at $29.99 a year. If you want the most generous free tier, ItsDeducted asks for no account and no card. If you donate stock, vehicles, crypto, or art, Charity Record is the only one that covers them. If you want AI photo capture on the App Store today, DeductAble does that at $19.99. If you want sourced values, photo evidence, and records that live on your own device, that is what DeductiBee is being built to be. Every comparison on this page says where the other option wins.
Which donation trackers are actual iPhone apps?
Fewer than you would expect. DeductAble, DeductIt, and iGiveIt are real App Store downloads. Deductible Duck, Charity Record, and ItsDeducted are websites: Deductible Duck's own documentation states it is not installed through the App Store or Google Play, and you add it to your home screen from Safari instead. TurboTax's valuation tool and H&R Block's DeductionPro exist only inside those tax products. DeductiBee is being built as a native iPhone app and is not on the App Store yet.
Which donation tracker is cheapest?
A spreadsheet, at zero, if you are willing to research every value yourself. Among apps, iGiveIt is cheapest overall at under three dollars in one-time purchases, though it does not value items at all. ItsDeducted has the most capable free tier, and DeductIt's paid tiers start at $1 a month. DeductiBee is $19.99 a year with a free tier of 20 new item entries, Deductible Duck and Charity Record are both $29.99 a year, and DeductAble matches DeductiBee at $19.99. Prices were read from each product's own pages in August 2026 and drift, so check before buying.
Did Intuit replace ItsDeductible with anything?
Not with a tracker. TurboTax has a fair market value tool inside its own donations flow that offers an excellent or like-new value and a fair or used value per item, but it only exists inside TurboTax at filing time, keeps no photos or records between years, and does nothing for you if you file somewhere else. Can I move my old donation history into a new app?
Usually yes. If you exported your ItsDeductible CSVs before October 21, 2025, most of these products read them. If you missed that window, Intuit will still send you your data through an account data-request, which typically takes a few days. DeductiBee imports both shapes, and generic CSVs from a spreadsheet or another tracker, free on every tier. See exactly what carries over.
Is ItsDeducted the same thing as ItsDeductible?
No, and the names are close enough to cause real confusion. ItsDeductible was Intuit's tracker, discontinued on October 21, 2025. ItsDeducted is a separate, independent web product with a deliberately similar name. Your old Intuit account and data do not carry over to it, though it will import your exported files.
How are these comparisons put together?
Every claim about another product was read from that product's own public pages on a stated date, and those pages are linked underneath each table so you can check them. Facts about ItsDeductible come from archived captures of Intuit's own pages and from Intuit's support and community posts, with dates. Every page also names something the other option does better, because a comparison that cannot concede a point is not worth reading.
