Why the login stopped working

ItsDeductible was discontinued on October 21, 2025. The notice went up on Intuit's product page in early September 2025, users were told to export before the deadline, and after it passed the site began redirecting and the iPhone app left the App Store. The login did not break, and there is nothing to fix on your end: the service no longer exists. If you are here because a saved bookmark or a password manager keeps sending you to a dead page, you can stop troubleshooting.

Get your donation history back from Intuit

Exports from inside the product ended with the shutdown, but the underlying data is still attached to your Intuit account, and Intuit's data-request process will return it:

  1. Sign in at accounts.intuit.com with the same credentials you used for ItsDeductible or TurboTax. If you have forgotten them, recover the Intuit account first; the donation data is attached to it.
  2. Open Data privacy, then choose Download and submit a request for your data.
  3. Wait for the email. Intuit states requests can take up to 15 days depending on how much data is involved.
  4. Download the ZIP and look in the SharedData subfolder: the ItsDeductible history arrives there as a spreadsheet.

That file is your donation history: items, values, dates, and the charities they went to, as the old product recorded them. Keep the original somewhere safe whatever you do next; it is the record that outlives every app, including ours.
